National Tour Association (an IMG client since 1974) The National Tour Association is an organization of nearly 4,000 tourism professionals representing the packaged travel industry. Packaged Travel had a direct economic impact of $166 billion worldwide in 2001. NTA provides unsurpassed business opportunities, knowledge and information to businesses involved in tour operator packaged travel around the globe. NTA also serves as a consumer advocate through it code of ethics, stringent membership requirements and education.
International SPA Association (an IMG client since 1997) For nearly 20 years, ISPA has been recognized worldwide as the leading professional association and voice of the spa industry, representing more than 3,200 spa professionals in 82 countries. ISPA strives to advance the professionalism of the spa industry by providing invaluable educational and networking opportunities, to promote the value of the spa experience to society and to be the authoritative voice of the spa industry. Another focus of ISPA is the generation of research and other business tools such as annual industry studies, consumer studies, Pulse magazine and an interactive web site.
Quest International Users Group (an IMG client since 1998) Quest International Users Group serves the users of Oracle’s PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Oracle Utilities applications as an independent, not-for-profit users group. With 50,000 members and subscribers in more than 90 countries, more than 70 affiliated user groups and three international chapters serving Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Quest serves as a catalyst to maximize its members’ business investments through the power of Quest’s community, tools and experiences. In conjunction with two other major user groups, Quest presents the global user conference COLLABORATE, which draws more than 8,000 people annually and is the largest independent, user-led conference for the Oracle family of products.
International Coach Federation (an IMG client since 2005) The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the largest worldwide resource for business and personal coaches, representing more than 14,000 members in 90 countries. The ICF exists to build, support and preserve the integrity of the profession through professional standards supported by the individual membership.
American Volleyball Coaches Association (an IMG client since 2006) The AVCA signed a five-year contract to join IMG Associations in July 2006. The 4,900 member association is the largest organization of volleyball coaches in the world. The goal of the AVCA is to advance the development of the sport of volleyball by providing all coaches with education, recognition and opportunities for opinion exchange. The AVCA publishes Coaching Volleyball, the only volleyball technical journal in the United States. Since joining IMG, membership and convention numbers have reached the highest levels in the 26-year history of the association.
Receptive Services Association of America (an IMG client since 2008) RSAA represents the major inbound operators in the United States who handle the inbound package tour business in this country. RSAA is committed to serving the needs of its members and to furthering the industry as a whole. Its focus is on working with suppliers, regulatory agencies and travel promotion bureaus to improve the quality of travel- related services for foreign visitors. The three-year agreement with IMG Associations will provide RSAA with full-service association and conference management capabilities to support the needs of its 400-plus members.
