DeLaine Bender is the executive director for Quest International Users Group. In addition, she was named IMG Associations' vice president, client success, in May 2008.

Quest serves the users of Oracle’s PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Oracle Utilities applications as an independent, not-for-profit users group. With 50,000 members and subscribers in more than 90 countries, more than 70 affiliated user groups and three international chapters serving Africa, Asia and Australia and New Zealand, Quest serves as a catalyst to maximize its members' business investments through the power of Quest’s community, tools and experiences. In conjunction with two other major user groups, Quest presents the global user conference COLLABORATE, which draws more than 8,000 people annually and is the largest independent, user-led conference for the Oracle family of products. Quest also produces four regional conferences in the United States and has three international chapters. Through its partnership with IMG Associations, the user group and its services have grown exponentially as both membership numbers and attendance at conferences has been strong.

As IMG Associations' vice president, client success, Bender will focus on the development of new opportunities for IMG clients as well as outreach to prospective new clients.

Bender joined IMG Associations in 1999. She has spent nearly 20 years of her career is association management, marketing, and communications. Bender is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives.
