David Bertram

David Bertram is the General Manager of NCAA Football and sits on the organization's Board of Directors as Executive Director.

Managed by HOST since its inception in 1999, NCAA Football represents a coalition of the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), the Collegiate Commissioners Association (CCA), the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and serves as the collective voice to promote college football.

Bertram joined HOST in 1999 as an event manager and transitioned to the NCAA Football property staff in 2001. In 2006, he was promoted to Executive Director. Bertram received his Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Kentucky while subsequently serving as a graduate assistant in the UK athletics department. He began his career as a national account manager for Fortune Brand subsidiary Aristokraft Inc. Bertram also has an undergraduate business degree in marketing from the University of Kentucky and presently serves on the UK Sports Marketing Academy and Bluegrass State Games Boards of Directors.
