Lynne McNees President, International SPA Association (ISPA) Host Communications, Inc. (HOST) Lynne Walker McNees is the president of the International SPA Association. Since November 1997, McNees has managed the operations of the organization representing more than 2,000 spa professionals in 66 countries. McNees works from ISPA's headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, and travels throughout the world promoting and representing the spa industry. As ISPA's official spokesperson, McNees is frequently interviewed as a spa expert by major media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CNBC, CNN, the Associated Press and numerous consumer and trade publications. Prior to her role with ISPA, McNees worked for several years in Washington, D.C. Her significant roles in the nation's capitol included: venue marketing manager for World Cup USA 1994, four years as the education director for the President's Commission on White House Fellowships and assistant to the Deputy Director of Presidential Personnel in the White House. A native of Dallas, Texas, McNees is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in kinesiological science. |
